Sonuscore stumbled across the upright piano used for the recordings of CHROMA - UPRIGHT PIANO whilst the team was initially focused on recording a grand piano. This upright piano is a century-old masterpiece from a small, renowned piano house. It was restored with new strings, felts, and mechanics, maintaining its tune exceptionally well while preserving its authentic, vintage charm. Combined with Sonuscore's expertise in coding and sampling, the result is a classic piano with modern features.

The resonances from the soundboard after playing a note were just so rich."
