BOOM Library BOOM ONE General Sound Effects Library Updated

BOOM Library, a favourite sound FX brand amongst audio professionals, has announced a new update to their flagship general sound effects library, BOOM ONE, which brings the total number of included sound FX to a huge 125,000. We have the details…

BOOM ONE is a massive, ever-growing sound FX collection which provides creators in post-production, video, and gaming with high-quality, consistent sounds. It now features over 48,000 files and more than 125,000 sound effects, all recorded at a minimum of 96kHz / 24-bit. Most effects come in three or more variations, offering significant flexibility for manipulating and layering sounds. The samples are ready to use immediately when deadlines are looming but also serve as a basis for further customisation.

All sounds are brand new - they’re not found in any other BOOM Library collections, and the developers embrace the Universal Category System (UCS), making it easy for audio professionals to maintain their sound FX collections.

This latest (24-07) update adds more than 600 FX files including camera shutters, various doors opening and closing, footsteps in various footwear and surfaces plus more that can be used standalone or as part of a construction kit.

Axel Rohrbach, Managing Director of BOOM Library says;  “Many claim to offer the ultimate general effects sound library, but no one provides a package as powerful, flexible, and fair as BOOM ONE. With this latest update, BOOM ONE continues to stand out as the premier choice for sound designers everywhere.”
